Congrats Lori on your recent weight loss!! You're rockin it! Whoo HOOO!

Just to let you know, I'm hosting a new diet bet, "Fatty No More," which begins after Labor Day on Friday, Sept. 6. The bet is only $20. The weigh in dates are Sept. 4,5 and 6. The game ends on Friday, Oct. 4.

I'm so excited! I made my goal. Just waiting for it to be official. I didn't win at the last diet bet but I still lost weight. This really helped me to start exercising and eating better. Win or lose we are all still WINNERS in the Lords eyes!

Hello!
It's
1 c Pure almond Milk Vanilla unsweetened.
1/4 of a banana
1 tbl spoon of All natural peanut butter
I cup of ice cubes.
2 cups of spinach
I used I scoop of Vanilla and 1 scoop of chocolate Whey protein powder mix it all in a blender! (I have a Ninja)

That made 382 cals But I gave husband half so 192cal..

The actual recipient calls for:
Meal 1 approximately 400 calories – Spinach Shake (1 scoop of Protein Vanilla Whey Protein, 3 cups of spinach, ½ banana, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, ¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk, 2 cups of ice)

When i make it for myself to save cals i modify it to I scoop PB and follow the other ingredients as is makes 285 cals. It still makes a lot but I normally drink it for breakfast or post workouts. He has great recipes. Look him up!
