finally won a round bet after losing my last 5 bets (mix of 2 transformers and regular bets) so I’m super proud of myself now that I made it!

maybe exercised longer durations of time like more vigorous exercise

it’s not so much what I could have done better this week but instead what I could have done better the last 3 to 4 weeks. I lost my last 4 diet bets :( after i had many successful ones and I am really disappointed in myself

Was able to fit into a size 6 jeans! mind you the size 10 still fit better of the same type of jeans lol but at least I was able to get the 6 on although way too tight lol

I think I could have maybe did a longer duration of cycling on the peloton and ate less peanut butter
