Wow, you did a great job with tweaking those goals! They are definitely SMART - you've spelled out your exact expectations, so you have something specific to compare to. I'm with you on the "not pressing the snooze button." That's a toughie. I actually set my alarm a little early just so I can snooze a bit, just to make myself feel like I'm indulging a bit. :)

You are going to have great success, you have a great plan! :)

This is a great post! Great to meet you, and great to read your goals for the month. They all sound very doable! I'd suggest a few refinements: identify exactly what "consistently" means to you. Is it every single day? 6 days out of 7? A certain number of days in the month? How long do you plan your workouts to be? Will they be a mix of cardio and strength, or all one or the other?

Hope you don't mind the suggestions. I work in corporate America, and I've been trained on making SMART goals (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMART_criteria) - which you may also be familiar with. Keeping goals measurable and clearly defined makes it easier to identify if they've been met.

Sorry; enough lecturing! You are doing awesome, and I'm cheering for your success! :)
