I didn’t make my round 1 goal. I am 1.5 lbs off. But you know what? I still lost 4.5 lbs. that’s still progress! And it should be celebrated! I’m not going to let not making this round get me down, because I am still successful at losing some weight!

Ok did we have the same starting weight lol I also am off of my goal by 1.5 lbs and am at 4.6 lost total and I am *just fine* with a rate of 1 lb a week!! Slow and steady will win the race

Any ideas for healthy sweet snack? I'm getting tired of medjool dates and the cravings for sweet things are really getting to me!

We have a treadmill with boxes on it :grin: so my best at home workouts are walking around the neighborhood or following a YT video.

Sydney Cummings Houdyshell on YouTube. She is AMAZING!!! I recommend her to anyone and everyone! Realistic, supportive without being annoying, all timeframes and types of workouts..and she posts a new one every day!!

I also love the “simple and sinister” kettlebell plan.
My body responds quickly, which is lovely. Keeps me toned while losing.
