Illness can't be avoided. I think you did the right thing; I am a big advocate of eating yourself well (even if that means nothing but fries and orange juice for 5 days because it's the only thing you fancy).Good luck getting back on it.

Just choose something modest when you eat out. There's nothing wrong with just dining on just an appetizer as the restaurants will still gladly enjoy the fact that you are there. Get some of those 100 calorie packs for the after lunch hunger pangs. That will prevent over eating by the time dinner comes around. Keep at it and good on you for writing about it. Nobody's perfect.
