Thank you so much for sharing your story. I think a lot of us can relate. This last year I just let it all go and ate so much fast food and just crap. I ate so poorly, and put on many pounds, but I've put my foot down and said "Enough is enough." Time to get focused on my health, because at this point health issues from the extra weight I carry are arising and it's scary. It's time to turn things around. We can do this!
