Making small changes. Decided to give up cheese. I always had problems with dairy but love cheese. The past week I gave up cheese (not forever) but maybe for a month or longer. I weighed myself and I have lost 4 pounds from last week. Giving up cheese is the only change I made. Going to try to add a small change each week. This week adding a green smoothie to add more greens and fiber into my diet.

I just had to cut out cheese (hopefully temporarily). That could be behind my rapid early loss, actually.
