I see in your profile that you like apples. I do, too! I'm trying to do "an apple a day" while doing DietBet. And not just any apple! I'm learing about the different types, how they taste, their history, etc. So far my favorites are the McIntosh (the ones I got were from Michigan and were delicious!), the Pinata (this is a new one to me, but it's nice and juicy with great flavor), the Jazz (similar to the Pinata), Gala, Pink Lady and Golden Delicious. What's your favorite types of apple?

I have the same problem, especially when it's a "significant" number. Suggestions: drink more water, focus on your calorie count and make sure you're not eating more calories than you think. In order to lose weight I have to stay somewhere between 1000 and 1200 calories and that's not a whole lot. You get more because you're a guy and you also have to eat enough to support basic body functions. I think you are doing GREAT!
