- Here we are, rolling into the weekend! Can you believe we are nearing the end of Week 3 already?! How is everyone doing?
Now is a great time to check in with ourselves and see where we are in terms of reaching our goals. What’s working? What needs to be tweaked a bit? Let us know if you’ve discovered any tricks to help keep you on track! For me, I’ve learned that not eating after dinner helps me stay on track. If I feel like snacking at night, then I will usually just make a cup of herbal tea and find something to keep myself busy and that feeling fades away :)
