Woke up with back pain (degenerative disc disease). Days like this, I try to get into the gym or walk at least a mile after work. It's just another challenge I need to overcome, but losing weight is going to be a big win for my back pain, too. Is anyone else facing challenges with your body and/or health, which is helping you stay on track?

Thank you, Coach Auds! I definitely don't stretch enough, so I'm going to add that to my alarm regimen! I use an ergonomic chair for work, it's sleeping at night and waking up with bad lower back pain... so I'm going to try stretching first thing upon waking up!

Thirsa, I love swimming!! It was a little cold here in South Florida but I think the temperature is good enough to get back in. Definitely agree with you on it being easy on the joints. I use a noodle in the pool to do leg work and try to loosen that lower back up. Haven't tried a water bottle on my back yet... how do you get it hot?

I’m so excited for you . I lost 45 lbs with WW kept it off by weighing myself weekly and swearing I will never gain more then 5 lbs . So here I am to loose 5 lbs plus 20 more :blush::heart::green_heart::womans_hat:

  • I got up at 7 o’clock this morning went for my walk for I really need to crash this weight loss journey. I didn’t lose any weight last week. I guess I have to move more because I have a really good diet with Weight Watchers. Plateau 3 years
