Good luck! I've also had BED. (It's much, much better now than it was years ago. At the time I thought it would never end, but it is so much better now. I think what kickstarted my recovery was a self-help CBT book called "Overcoming Binge Eating. I still binge, but it's not at "disorder level" any more.) Very best of luck.

What an amazing idea!! Good for you!!! I totally failed may last weigh in =( I really want to get on track but I've been eating terribly lately and can't snap out of it. Trying hard to get back on track. This is a great idea to stay motivated!

Totally agree. I really struggle with my weight loss resistance, so even a week of water only fasting will not take more than two or three pounds, that will come back immediatly when I start eating. I have finally learned to go slow and steady and be happy for every taste of progress, even if I have to work harder than most. But I am not going to meet my 3% goal this month...
