You've got this. Same issue here, especially if I weigh myself at different times of day. Stick to it and you'll break through. For me, the first half of this month my weight wasn't budging and I thought there was no way I'd hit the goal. Then the weight loss picked up again midway through, but it wouldn't have if I hadn't kept going.

Sometimes I get so tired of the daily roller coaster…but if you step back from the numbers on a line graph and see it trending down, it makes you want to try harder!
