I try to do some type of exercise daily, internment fast, and track my macros. I also calorie cycle.

I like to workout in the morning so that i can make sure it gets done and start my day with one healthy choice and then keep going! i track my food with myfitnesspal and drinks lots of water throughout the day (:

Anyone having back pain with their journey? For me it’s so much that I have not had a single workout with the exception of walks. 90% to my goal….hope it lets up soon

Yes for sure!! I've lowered my weights to try to ease it. But at night like now I'm suffering. I'm allergic to aspirin, I have NFLD so I can't take Tylenol, and just found out a couple months ago I've got stage 2 kidney disease so I'm limited with my ibuprofen. This shall pass. But I'm seriously considering a chiropractor, or sports massage of my back that's all that's hurting for me currently.

Consistency and Sustainability. You need to be more consistent over time than you’re not and you need to pick a workout and a nutrition plan that works for you. FOR. YOU. It’s not a one size fits all world- different things work for different people. It needs to be sustainable- this is for your lifetime. Not just 4 wks.
