I really needed more steps. I spent all week doing yard work, pulling weeds and rogue grass, but there wasn’t much walking.

Better food choices. Tho my portions were right on the mark, my food choices were high in sodium bringing my weight up

My cravings seemed to have gotten better just knowing this is in my peripheral. I had a lot of cooking/baking for guests and camping this week and I’ve kept away from temptations

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Having company kept me from the gym for a couple days. That’s a two fold problem for me…it’s easy for me to break a habit
