- Been in a rut….emotional eating? + menopause has had me in a slump. Ready for a refresh and ready for this Challenge. Goal for challenge isn’t a number on the scale, but consistency👍? This morning I did a lower body workout bc I need to buy lighter weights for shoulder work. Played Pickleball and rolled my ankle? Anywho….off to Target to buy lighter weights so I can do an upper body workout….just bc my ankle is sore doesn’t mean I can’t train upper body tomorrow👍?❤💪? Let’s Go!
