Javela-- You can DO this! I see you are doing the Couch25K App -- I've done that, and it helped me complete a 5K last November (a Reindeer Run)...we had a blast! Keep up the good work!!

Awesome! I have done lots of 5Ks but using the walk/run method. I'm still working on completely jog/running an entire 5K.
