I have a love/hate relationship with the elliptical lol It is soooooo boring. The only way I can tolerate it is with my headphones playing my favorite high energy songs. If they're boring songs it won't work either. Has to have a good beat that I love haha. I usually avoid the elliptical, I stick with HIIT workouts, tae bo, and outdoor running so I have something to look at :D I do love that the elliptical burns calories like crazy though! Great job getting your workout in! Have a strong week!
