Happy friday! Today is a hard day of eating healthy. I work at a daycare and today we are celebrating valentines day. The parents bring lots of goodies for the teachers and it's so hard to say no! So today I say enjoy the treats and start fresh tomorrow =)

Thank you for posting. This is a reminder for us as well.

Thats right! I feel like restricting yourself on those special days only makes you want to eat it worse and then for me...i end up binge eating everything else because I wanted the candy, cookie or whatever it may be so I say just eat it! Then start fresh

I used this app about 8 years ago to lose weight after child birth. I kept it off for a long time, but about 3 years ago I started working night shift and its wreaked havoc on my body. I have gained 70 pounds in the last 2.5 years. I continue to gain. I have never been as big as I am not being pregnant before. I joined to try to gain the motivation that has been so hard for me to capture again.

I’m with you! I switched to night shift two years ago and have gained 80 pounds. Before that I worked a job where I was on my feet for eight to ten hours a day. Now I’m working overnights at a job where I’m tied to a desk. I weigh more now than I have for years!

I’ve gained because of health reason but also lost weight with Dietbet. I still have those health issues but decided to join again and give it a try. Small changes add up. Big picture, I’m a nurse and know nightshift is rough. You’ve got this. This is your first step:)
