Hey ,
Quick question.
How do keep your selves motivated after a tiresome day at work.
The problem I am facing after 12 hours of work, is that I am mentally exhausted and filled with brain fog and just want to lie down and sleep
Wish to hear, what to do people do to tackle something similar.

Your nutrition is more important than exercise to lose weight .10 minutes workout, or a walk on lunch break if possible. All the little things done consistently do make a difference

I work 12 hour shifts too and it’s hard to want to exercise when you’re exhausted! My job is mostly sitting so what I have been doing is just trying to get up and take 100-200 steps per hour. I can’t be away from my desk so I’m sure I look pretty dumb walking eight steps one way and eight steps the other way but it’s exercise and by the end of my shift I’ve gotten steps in

I used this app about 8 years ago to lose weight after child birth. I kept it off for a long time, but about 3 years ago I started working night shift and its wreaked havoc on my body. I have gained 70 pounds in the last 2.5 years. I continue to gain. I have never been as big as I am not being pregnant before. I joined to try to gain the motivation that has been so hard for me to capture again.

I’m with you! I switched to night shift two years ago and have gained 80 pounds. Before that I worked a job where I was on my feet for eight to ten hours a day. Now I’m working overnights at a job where I’m tied to a desk. I weigh more now than I have for years!
