I am committing to exercising 5 days a week. I am going to look up a new you tube video to try each time. If anyone has any you tube channels to recommend for beginners let me know.

This time I am commiting to myself. Clock is ticking and my joints aren't getting any younger. I want to feel good in my skin again...and prevent sagging as much as i can:p i'll Turn 50 in 4 years and i want to feel my best and do my best.

Oh my, the last 4 months, I’ve been kind of out of control with food. I haven’t stepped on a scale since September. I’m SO scared to weigh in and see that starting number! But maybe it’s the kick in the butt I need to start kicking the bad habits.
