How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I've gotten into popcorn as one of mine. The suggestions above are great as would be air frying veggies or having them raw with Greek yogurt dip (lots of recipes online if you don't like the ranch seasoning like me) that you can prep in advance. I also just find sometimes I just need portion control i.e. have a small bag of chips (I try to do healthy ones but even regular ones sometimes) rather than eating mindlessly from the big bag or pre packaging into smaller if I'm trying to save money etc. I'm trying to balance protein and fiber so I'm fuller with the right carbs so I'm fuller and need to snack less but alas I'm still learning.
