How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Done! End of week reflection:

    1. What did this week teach me about consistency?
    2. What challenged me, and how can I respond differently?
    3. Did I seek God when I needed strength and direction?
    4. What positive changes do I want to continue practicing?
    5. What am I leaving behind as I move forward?

This week taught me that consistency is hard at first, especially in the first few days, but showing up daily makes it easier. Sticking to my plan was a challenge, but I’m committed: if I say I’m going to do it, I’ll do it. I went to God for strength and direction, and I’m continuing to build that habit. I’m leaving behind what keeps me stuck in the past and moving forward one day at a time. Priorities are locked in. Enjoy your day!
