I just got back from a 4 night trip out of state. Not exactly a vacation, but too much eating and drinking absolutely happened. I also drank way too much Saturday night. I haven't lost all of my progress, but need to be strict over these next few days. I feel like I just really need a "win" in my life right now and want to focus quite hard on winning this challenge.

Hi all, new to this.
Had a baby 6 months ago and I’m struggling to shift the weight. I have been 68kg for almost 15 years so it’s quite hard for me to not loose this weight, I need to be a part of a team and be held accountable so I’m hoping this will be the thing that helps me.

Good luck! I am enjoying that the challenge makes i much easier to focus on a small target rather than the large amount of weight I want to lose overall.

Well without surprise, this weekend did not go according to plan, and while I could have been much worse with my food intake, I feel like these last 2 days undid all my good progress from last week. HOWEVER, I know that is not the case, but just trying to give myself a pep talk for walking into this week!

My goals for this week include: getting 10k steps each day, drinking water (and not pop), no doom scrolling, and making responsible food choices.

I weighed in, faced my full body photo, and faced the number on the scale. I have over 100 pounds to lose in order to get to a healthy BMI. I'm going to try and only focus on the 4% target for the next little bit. This is hopefully the first step on a long journey. I'm dialing in for the next 3.5 weeks.

You can do it! I have a little over 100 pounds to lose too! I’m focusing on one day at a time, prepping because that is what makes me successful, lots of water, and mindful portions! My foot is broken so I can’t really exercise much until that heals so starting in the kitchen!

Good luck with the foot! I broke my right foot in 2017 and it was a god awful experience.

I really love the higher up podcast with Michael smoak. His newer ones have interviews that are informative but I REALLY love some of the early ones for motivation. If you’re looking for something entertaining/easy listening I like Beach Too Sandy Water Too Wet- it’s a podcast that reads funny reviews of places and I think the hosts are so funny.

I just joined. I will do my weigh-in first thing tomorrow morning. I lost a bunch of weight on Dietbet about 10 years ago and have sadly gained it all back (and then some). I decided to start fresh and create a new profile. I recently left a very burn out inducing job and now want to get back to focusing on my health.
