Anyone else nervous that the scale isn't really moving yet. Logically I know it takes a bit as body adjusts to more activity and changes in eating but emotionally I'm side eyeing the scale.

I dropped quickly and now is a struggle ! But I know it will move . Just keep at it . Add more water . Make little changes to your diet . Do you log your food ? I do and that helps a lot

I always have to remind myself that weight loss isn’t linear, as much as I would like it to be predictable and linear lol
