Good morning! Is there a quick way to find the link for materials /calendars or do I need to scroll through messages to the beginning. I did scroll this morning but didn’t find it.

Just above this activity feed (on the right side of your screen) is a clickable button that says “everyone”. You can filter it for “Host” and it will only show Joel’s posts, so it comes up quickly.

  • Work outs done yesterday. I’m doing the speed train program and getting a run/walk in, in the morning. Added 5 min abs in after speed train. Nutrition is good.
