Same, I need to fine tune my meals. I also think working out is making me retain water.

    Up 2 pounds this week. Uggh. It took 3 weeks to lose it and in 1 week it’s back. . . Such is life.

    Just going to keep at it and hope for a loss this week and slowly but surely make my way to the 160s.
