I have been one pound short on both rounds so far and then hit my goal weight the day after weigh ins, it is maddening. I am one pound over again today so going to see if I can lose that and weigh in tomorrow morning. I am still losing, just not at the right times!! Oh well, will keep going!

The first 3 months were aggressive, but I think now I have a plan that is working :) slowly but surely in the right direction!!

Last month was a total wash… I didn’t try at all. That’s what happened. I’m zoned in and focused again though, so we’ll see!

Meal prep is the only way I stay on track. I only do 2-3 days of meal prep at a time because I get grossed out by food older than that. I also hate food waste so meal prepping makes me eat it because I refuse to throw it out. And weighting every day. I need to see the small wins and the potential small losses

Make a plan and stick to it. The hardest part is climbing back into the wagon, once your in, you just ride it to your goal.

Winnings are earned at the end of each round, but you cannot collect your winnings until the end of competition.

I really don't understand how the winnings is 20.26 and we pay 40 a month so if we get half of the winnings every month does that mean that everyone won so we only actually won $0.26????? I am in the UK and im not sure if its 26cent or what it is thats why I wrote it like 0.26....

Did a 13k training run and didn’t weigh in first… weirdly I was up a pound instead of lower. I still made the goal. Could it be water weight from drinking to rehydrate? Not too fussed, but surprised!

For shorter runs I notice a weight loss, but not longer runs. A fast-ish 5k is my hack for when I am just a little bit over my goal.

Gabbie, for these I just juiced half a cucumber, half a green apple, and half a lemon… then poured in a little coconut water when it was all juiced. :)

Whew! Just made round 1 goal for this transformer, but need to lose another 1.5 lbs by next week for the Kickstarter bets I'm in as well! Funny how an amount can be so small but also so tricky sometimes! Gotta stay focused on my goals!

Sandi - I was thinking about doing that in March when some of these pay out in February I’ve got a cruise in May. I just have to line it up so weigh in isn’t while I’m gone. This one is perfect timing.

  • Just take it one day at a time. Weight loss is not linear, so just don't give up. Keep working hard, no matter what the scale says. It will eventually catch up!
