  • I was motivated primarily by a step bet I didn’t want to fall behind on 😆 but I feel proud of my food choices and the fact that I exercised.

I’ve decided to try something new. This week I’m going to eat at my goal weight maintenance calories which includes 500 calories extra for exercise. Next week I’ll start the deficit. I exercise a lot - for my job and also daily walking habit. It’s the food that gets me 😫. Hopefully this method will change my perspective. I’m also stopping when I’m full. Had to put part of my breakfast in the fridge for later.

Well I’m a little nervous. I signed up and then injured my elbow and have limited grip strength. I can’t lift weights! I don’t want to give up. Life happens. I need to try to adjust and figure out what I can do to still be successful. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Good luck to you all ?

Watch what you eat and be more conscious of that - it’s the bigger battle. And then, walk, dance, or whatever you can do on your feet. You can adjust while you heal!

Muscle weighs more than fat, keep up the protein for muscle maintenance and fat loss. Find fun ways to do cardio like ice skating, trampoline or if your strict on muscles work on the legs and other muscles
