Well I’m a little nervous. I signed up and then injured my elbow and have limited grip strength. I can’t lift weights! I don’t want to give up. Life happens. I need to try to adjust and figure out what I can do to still be successful. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Good luck to you all ?

Watch what you eat and be more conscious of that - it’s the bigger battle. And then, walk, dance, or whatever you can do on your feet. You can adjust while you heal!

Muscle weighs more than fat, keep up the protein for muscle maintenance and fat loss. Find fun ways to do cardio like ice skating, trampoline or if your strict on muscles work on the legs and other muscles
