Less caffeine, more water. 8 hours of sleep nightly. Stick to 5k running plan. Stick to Max 30 workouts.

Consume less salt. Dinner last night had too much of it and it affected my weigh in, for sure.

I drank a little too much caffeine this week which messes with my sleep a bit.
