Hang in there, let's do this. My weight is going up and down since the last weigh-in. I've got to kick it up a notch and stick with adding the extra interval walk/jog, I think. I also have an anniversary date coming up to the Chocolate Fest. We have had tickets for a long time, so will be going. But, no way to taste and watch calories. Thinking if I take out 100 calories a day afterwards, that might work. Any ideas?

Great ideas! Thanks. I don't imagine there will be too much chocolate that I don't like, but will not eat it if that happens. ;-) Will add the water and extra walks. :-) Hopefully we will have to walk a ways to get to the convention center from the MAX train. Also, will have plenty of protein before we go. When we took a chocolate tour in Seattle, they told us to do that. Not so much sugar overload then. lol Can't wait, though.

Now to work off that chocolate, that was so good. Don't think I blew it too bad, as samples for the most part were small. Had enough to sweet me out though. LOL Will see how my weight is over the next few days.

Did you see this game that people are joining in addition to ours? http://www.dietbetter.com/games/28255 The pot is $424,050. I am going to just stick to the one we are doing now. Took one cheat day and one no exercise day. Back into it now. Can't wait for June. ;-) New swimsuit will be needed.

I actually did 45 minutes on the elliptical today! More than I have in a while because of my knee issue so I'm excited!
