you do a morning workout *and* an evening workout?? is that every day?? how long are your workouts? i'm so impressed! i feel like i sweat as much just walking my dogs around the block lately, the heat is so gross! everything is great with me -- i had dropped the ball with applying to grad school, but i'm still going to be taking a couple courses as a "non-degree" student this coming semester. i look forward to having more structure in my life!

I had been doing two-a-days most weekdays with a 25 minute cardio or yoga session in the early AM and alternating days of an hour of weight training and dance classes after work but I haven't gotten in a morning workout in in a few weeks now. I guess the 1.5 hours + commutes each way finally started catching up to me lol ( for a job and company I hate as well, been looking for something better and closer to home for nearly a year now to no avail). Glad to.hear that you are still moving forward with your further education. Hope this message finds you happy, and well, with continued progress and success.

Tim, it has been a joy watching you succeed in your weight loss. I'm happy to have gotten to know you just a little bit in Courtney's Challenge. I look forward to another challenge with you as we both progress Onward and Downward. Have you considered using the Transformers Challenges as well? If you do, I have a Spreadsheet that I use to monitor all my challenges and to know exactly where I am and make sure I don't Disqualify myself with any challenges. God Bless and Good Luck!

Thanks Thomas! I've been holding off on the transformer challenges until I get down into the 200's. Currently 4-0 in my 4-week challenges with today's win and currently in 3 more with entering The Weekly Kickstarter that began today. I'll keep you in mind though if I have any questions about the transformers. Take care & God Bless.
