I can totally relate to the "how did I get to this point?!" mentality. In the past two years, I've gradually gained 25 lbs and started hating cameras. One question: Are you giving up caffeine to assist with weight loss? Ignore me of that's too personal of a question. I was just surprised to read that part because I always thought caffeine helped with weight loss.
