Hi Panda, that's almost exclusively sugar - no wonder you're hungry! The carbs make you crave more carbs. Fat is your friend. Find some fat. :)

Casey-Kicks

Hi Panda Kitty, hang in there! I know you're trying to keep your calories tight, but it's possible that running around a ton at work is burning several hundred calories and that is what's making you so hungry. Your body's asking for that fuel and it's possible that you still have a calorie deficit on days you're eating a few hundred extra calories. Try not to beat yourself up! Also, be aware that sometimes sugary foods trigger cravings for more. Maybe try a little protein and healthy fat (like avocado, etc.) as a snack that way your blood sugar won't spike as much and the food's fuel will last longer, so you won't get as hungry.

Coach Rebecca

you can do this--- and please don't you dare dehydrate! stay strong! message me for a meal plan and I can help!

Aleah

Don't dehydrate yourself just to get there. The whole point of diet bet is to lose weight...and sure it would be nice to make the bet, but you should feel proud even if it gets you moving in the right direction. You have two weeks to do your very best, and move even a pound or two closer to your goal. Its not all or nothing! You got this!

Sorry, PK. :(

Kat

I'm sorry to hear about your heartbreak. I know the feeling all too well. I think a lot of do. And many of us resort to the "comfort" foods like chocolate, candy, ice cream, etc. A bf I had last year dumped me out of the blue one week after he took me to Hawaii for my 30th bday. I gained 15 pounds over the next several months through my depression (especially being single during the holidays).Just remember to stay strong. Take your stress and sadness out on exercise maybe. I try to do that instead of binge eating and smoking. I'll go for a 15-min walk or something. And I'm glad that you will have your family around you. That always helps. I hope you get through this soon and your heart heals.Have a safe trip! :)

You are on the right path but admitting what happened and making a plan to get past it. I admire you! It is so hard t try and be in control of food when it has ruled you for so long. It has been such a long process with me too! Keep at it, keep talking about it and you will make such wonderful progress and finally have a healthy friendship with food. Good luck to you!
