Congratulations on your progress!! Forgiveness is so hard. It's something I'm still struggling with. I deal with others with compassion, but don't show that same kindness to myself. It's all about progress and bit by bit I'm getting there even with the many slip ups. Once I can forgive myself I can move on and forward!


Amazing! You have a wonderful heart -- full of compassion for yourself and others (your dad, I'm looking at you!). You've done this and you can continue to do this. It's hard but the awesome part is, it gets easier. Just keep working towards that easier -- easier to take the stairs, easier to walk that mile, easier to be proud of yourself for your commitment to yourself. You go girl! You are your own best friend! Keep up the amazing work -- we are so proud of you!
