Thank's so much, Becky!! It's great to see you and to be here again! This time, I want to make it stick. Whew! That was quite a surprise when I didn't weigh myself for over 1 month then BAM! Quite an increase! I instantly recalled all of my mistakes of course, but lessons learned for sure. Here's to being back on track!!! Cheers!!! (With a glass of water, not alcohol!) haha...

That was pretty much my experience... thought no big deal if I gain 5 lbs during the holidays... I'll lose them fast. Well, it was more like 10 lbs! That certainly hit me hard and I am working on losing that last 2 lbs. I learned my lesson also. I have to learn balance if I want to enjoy a special meal or food... and not to totally give in! :-)
