Reading your post made me think I wrote it. Sounds just like me, expect I am in the 300's and have way more to loose, but still this is the year I take control and not let the weight control me. :) Keep up you are doing great.!!

You can do this!!! I sympathize - my block has been 200 lbs for about the past 8 years. I also am going to smash that barrier this time around. Use this dietbet, and the next one to break thru that wall. Get mad at the wall - don't let it stop you.

You got this girl! I know what you mean about that barrier, I've been floating between 153 and 157 for a while now and I really just NEED to get under 150 but I can't seem to do it. This is my first ever diet bet so I'm hoping this will give me the motivation I need to push through my wall.
