So true. Way to have a great attitude. I know my scales get stuck often. I good swift kick, for me, usually gets it moving again. Don't weigh to often. That's when I get feeling discouraged.
Frustrated, but NOT Discouraged!

Hang in there!!! There are definitely weeks like that, where you KNOW you're doing everything right, and the scale doesn't move. But, if you just keep going, it WILL drop again, and often, after one of those weeks, you'll suddenly drop a pound or two seemingly overnight. Sounds like you are doing just right with food...be sure to drink your water, and get enough sleep. Those are things that can sneak up on us. Hope you have a wonderful week now!:-)

Way to go Tina!! I feel the same as you about the pictures. In my mind I look great, but in reality..... I've started counting my calories, I use the app Lose It. So far it's working for me, I can see where I need to make changes. Also making myself exercise every day. Getting motivated to do the exercise is sometimes hard, especially after a work. But I sure do feel better after I do exercise. Good Luck to All!!!

Hi Tina! You story sounds so much like my own. I went hiking with my husband in May 2015 and we went on a hike. I've worked out pretty regularly my whole life, but still could not make the hike! I'm about 50lbs overweight and don't push myself like I should during my workouts. My eating is a major down-fall for me. I am also a carb and sugar addict. I am now going gluten & sugar free in order to take my health more seriously. Great reading your story and seeing that I am not alone in this!! I'm trying to take it one day at a time;)
