  • Day 24: My biggest win for the day was that my lower back was hurting but I still met with my trainer. She led me through a back friendly workout that still amped my strength training. I had a near perfect daily goal completion. I completed nine of the ten things I have on my habits checklist. I also took the Lower Decks quiz (no real info was shared) and got unsurprising results. LD makes my heart happy.
