How did you win your bet?

The blogilates bet? By the skin of my teeth! I ate as well as I could. I didn't exercise as much as I had hoped to but the changes to my diet made a huge difference!

Beautiful little boy! I wish I could go back 10 years and have more time with my baby boy. He's not as cuddly (or peaceful) at 10! lol

Hey, great job - you're almost to the 4% goal. It's do-able, for sure, for you - nearly there! Good luck.

Congrats Jody on your recent weight loss!! You're rockin it! Whoo HOOO!

Just to let you know, I'm hosting a new diet bet, "Fatty No More," which begins after Labor Day on Friday, Sept. 6. The bet is only $20. The weigh in dates are Sept. 4,5 and 6. The game ends on Friday, Oct. 4.

The last diet bet I hosted, 90% ended up making their weight loss goal. We have a motivated group of passionate "losers" who are already having a great time sharing and connecting. Would love to have you join us. Check it out!

I use mapmyrun but as Rob I mentioned it may drain your battery. Maybe a pedometer for steps?

I use runtastic and tracks automatically through your phone's GPS in real time...the only downside is if you are using to track your steps throughout the course of the day it will drain your battery. Not sure if there are pedometer apps out there but the jawbone UP or Nike fuel band sound more like what you are looking for - of course there is a cost associated with both options. Good Luck!

I have a fitbit so I can track steps. I really just want to track when we go walking/jogging. And I really want to track when we go to Disney. That map will look all mental!
