You are so supportive of others. You have done great this month! Also love sushi and quinoa. Cook quinoa in chicken broth, makes it even better, or bone broth, which adds a lot of protein. Stay away from spicy sauces on sushi, loaded with fat sugar and salt. Making it at home is fun and adds more control though! Best of luck!
