Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisting the brownies at the office, sticking to one portion at dinner all week, and not having sweets I don't need at night!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I can always drink more water. Also, maybe stay focused on more protein throughout the day to keep me full.

I stayed on track with my 3 Day Refresh to break clean from bad eating habits!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't do so well over the weekend, but I had a really great Monday today! I made it through the day without having any added sugar (this is HUGE for me as of late), and I kept myself in check with portions.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to remind myself that I don't get to my goals if I splurge and have treats each day.
