No towel throwing!!!! Way to stay with it. I lost .2 pounds last week. Pointfreaking2. However, it's a loss... I'm taking it as a win.

I have not only thrown in the towel, but the fridge, wagon, and anything else I could throw. My journey is not over. My page says I have 10.4 lbs to lose in 4 days. I really have 20+. Wanted to also praise you ability to identify your trigger. Dieting is very, very hard and we need all of our focus to stay "in the game".
The next step is to figure out healthy ways to eliminate the stress that your son causes in order to remain committed to yourself.
Know that you are not alone. My 15 year old son drives me crazy! I am always finding myself alone in my room with a bowl of ice cream, cookies, candy or something bad to "make me feel better" after a run in with my teenager!

As much as we love our kids, and probably BECAUSE we love them so much, they stress us out. Even when mine were babies I was stressed out. Motherhood is a huge responsibility. That's truthfully the reason I stopped at two kids. I was stressed! Can you love someone too much? Sigh, hang in there, I feel your stress! You've taught him the best you can, but I totally get it!
