Water is fun. I follow the mantra of half of body weight in ounces of water a day. Let me tell you as a pretty big dude a gallon of water seems small :)The way I look at it is having to tinkle so much more is just an added blessing which gives me a chance to get more steps. Thanks for sharing

HAHA You read my mind. I was like WHAT?!?! a gallon... Are you crazy. Now it seems like there is not room to drink anything else. We can do it! Just need to remember why we need to drink it :) Have a great day.
