Non-scale victory of the week!

Not to go absolute apeshit on the day i fell off the wagon and was able to regain focus immediately after "breaking"...

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

To Not have gotten discouraged so easily

Start thinking more about my nutrition. I fast and eat once or twice but this most likely isnt smart in the long run as i get insanely hungry. Also struggle with what to do lchf, low kcal or low kcal AND low carb.. the constant struggle for me!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Must be sticking to the diet. I have not had any zombie to the fridge moments and I am quite proud of that.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

constantly battling my own brain about not only the feeling of total HUNGER, but that what I have lost and done is not good enough. it is the mentality that always makes me fail, but I will not let it win this time. Have to keep pushing through those negative feelings and believe in myself. so that´s the goal for next week. No matter the results on the scale, to be proud of the changes i HAVE made and it will show eventually!

keep same state of mind, perhaps eat a little more as I tend to go apeshit and starve myself and well, wouldnt be morbidly obese if I was able to keep THAT going, but we all know thats a train headed towards it´s trainwreck whilst knowing better., SLEEP more, and be more active!

Get more work out in, i've gotten pretty good food wise,( all 3 days lol) so just continuing taking it day by day or really hour by hour. Try to take some time out of every day to stop and think of WHY this is so important to me in hopes that it will stop me from going Apeshit on some junkfood!!! (The pic is me right after having chopped my hair off, new hair new me! )
