This was a tough month. I was at a plateau for 4 weeks. The scale started moving again on Sunday. Just made the cutoff by the skin of my teeth. Sipping water until that verification notice comes in.

Same here 4 months seems to be a hard point on the dieting. You are out of the honeymoon period of the starting diet phase and are left with the burden. I have been really loose for 2 weeks fortunately I am ahead of the curb so my plateau did not kill this round for me.

If I hadn’t been ahead, then there is no way I’d have made it this month Just glad to be moving in the right direction. But also too scared to eat lunch in case I have to resubmit the photos

Anyone else finding it harder to stick to their calories recently? Don't know whats up but over the last week even after I eat the same calories and macros I have been for the last 3 months I am ravenously hungry, I added 800 calories more per day and that helps the hunger but not sure it will be conducive to weightloss. Wondering if it has something to do with being in a calorie deficit for 3 months or if its something else.

I gave up calorie counting because of the stress of it. I try to eat 95% or more unprocessed foods. Fruit
Veggies, nut, seeds little meat if it is prepackaged no more than 3 Ingredients

Caret has good advise. Fill up on more lean proteins and non starchy vegetables. Being in a calorie deficit and losing fat will make you hungrier over time. Your body is adjusting. I give myself a couple grace days a week, where I eat an extra 500-1000 calories. That seems to help curb those hunger crashes.
