Non-scale victory of the week!

7 pounds lost this week I was worried I wasn't going to make it 1.8 lb overnight. For the second time in 3 years I cut my beard off. I had someone mistake me for a homeless person because my clothes are so baggy and my beard was scraggly.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

The sweets still get me, I love dark chocolate.

Non-scale victory of the week!

So today marks the first day I've dropped below 250 lb since the year 2012 I feel okay it's been a tough struggle and at times very painful struggle but I've made it this far.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I know I could have added more steps been more active but I know that I can't overdo it either otherwise I would burn myself out.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to up my step count I've already changed my daily activity goal from 60 minutes a day to 100 minutes a day. I would like to complete that seven days this next week.
