- I hope you are all doing well and keeping up with healthy choices! I've been working at getting healthier since the start of the year, and I've made a lot of progress. So I started the week with a 3 day fast , to jumpstart my metabolism and I guess I had a lot of inflammation and water weight . I lost over 7 pounds. I'm hoping I can at least keep a few of those off . I love seeing the number in the scale 😁
