Getting movement in is definitely the key I was missing. 3 days with the walking pad and down 2 more pounds! 3 to go! I am going to make it!

So I started the week with a 3 day fast , to jumpstart my metabolism and I guess I had a lot of inflammation and water weight . I lost over 7 pounds. I'm hoping I can at least keep a few of those off . I love seeing the number in the scale 😁
