Any last minute advice.
My goal weight for round 3 is 76.1 kg, but the last 2 weeks my weight has constantly switched between 77 and 76 kg. Today it was on 77, any good advice from Any fellow DietBetters? 😄

Nettle extract in water and/or tons of lemon water will help purge the water weight. Nettle helps you pee like a racehorse, as the expression goes...

I have covid so keeping the weight off is even easier atm. Day 8...my symptoms are far from textbook but not very bad ...hoping they stay that way!

My weight is stuck! It’s so ignoring. I’m afraid to go too low in calories since I’m breastfeeding my son who’s 11 weeks old.

Jessica K, find something that takes your mind off what you are doing. For me, that is podcasts. They make the time fly and I get caught up in the story. Best of luck on your first half, train for it and you will do amazing!
