I weighed about 105lbs up to my mid 20s. I could eat whatever I wanted and didn't gain weight. After having 4 kids my weight was 120 and I loved that weight. I had 2 more and am now 160. Id like to get to 130 which is the target weight for my height.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did some workouts sat home on days I couldn't make it to the gym because of sick babies.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate pizza twice because I was out doing so many errands/activities and I was picking up pizza for a large group of kids. I rationalized that eating a piece of pizza was better than starving half the day and forcing my body into starvation mode. The scale didn't let me down so I must not have been too off. I made sure to keep my calories in check for the entire week.

I need to shop because everything in the house left is carbs (mostly healthy). But I need to shop for protines and healthy fats.
